The future owner may use the apartment for an unlimited period during this time and is only responsible for cleaning costs (arrival and final cleaning) as well as utilities such as water, electricity, etc. The pool remains open.<\/p>\n
There is a limited number of parking spaces in the building, which can be used for a daily fee. Special rates for monthly parking have already been negotiated at a neighboring public underground parking garage.<\/p>\n
